Tip II: No phones when they drive.
We all know the law: No texting and driving. Irresponsibly, however, we all break the law, even adult drivers. Teens should keep their phones in the center console on silent as to not draw their attention. Children learn by example, so be a role model and do not fiddle with your phone when you are behind the wheel.
Tip III: Limit the passenger count when they drive.
They will have to learn how to drive with passengers in the car, but when they are still learning, limit that teenage passenger friend to one, and increase it by increments of one once they learn how to tune out distracting teenage ruckus.
